Crocheting For Better Health!
Ladies, diet, exercise, and good genetics may help you prevent
certain cancers.
More Specifically: Cervical cancer. To reduce your risk of getting
cervical cancer even more, practice the hobby that's easy to do
and done by millions.
The Hobby:
Crocheting! That's right-crocheting or knitting is almost like meditation,
helping you to relax and release day-to-day stress.
And stress plays a big role in determining who does and doesn't
get cervical cancer.
How so?
Women who are stressed due to marital, monetary, work or family
situations have weaker immune systems and these weaker immune
systems aren't able to fight off the HPV virus, a main culprit in
cervical cancers.
But doing some fun and repetitive activities like crocheting or
scrapbooking help reduce stress levels, helping to strengthen
immunity and shutting down potentially cancerous cells from
ever developing.
And to those who say "your crocheting or scrapbooking, is
taking up too much time," just say- "it's helping me
prevent cervical cancer."
Good Luck!
