It can help tame mood swings, stop negative thoughts, help women
end hot flashes and help those who need it, to stop "mindless eating."
It may explain why you don't see too many heavy yoga enthusists.
Look into taking up yoga or do some deep breathing a few mins a day,
twice a day.
4) Sniff This-
Do you believe in Aromatherapy? Well, it's the practice of using scents to
help you overcome a medical problem-physical or mental.
The scent of vanilla is the aroma to help you stop the endless snacking.
Light a vanilla candle, (beeswax only) or invest in some vanilla extract
and put a little on a cottonball, when you feel a craving coming on.

as well. To end a bad habit like- snacking or eating nonstop,
