Stevia- The "Other White Sugar!"
On Today's Dr. Oz show, the good Dr. recommended Stevia as a suitable replacement for sugar.
Although he praised it for being healthier than sugar, this Amazonia herb is 300 times
sweeter than sugar, which means you only need a small amount. But there are2 benefits
Dr. Oz forgot to mention.
Those 2 benefits:
Stevia may help bone loss and help teeth maintain enamel.
Benefit no. 1- The nutrients in Stevia help build strong bones and improve
the body's absorption of calcium.
Benefit no. 2- Stevia hardens tooth enamel which means fewer cavities
and tooth decay.
Important tip: But, don't mix the Stevia with Flour.
White flour is really the culprit behind tooth decay.
So, are you ready to make the switch to Stevia?
If so, buy it as a powder in pre-measured packets
or as a liquid. Just use 2 drops of the liquid,
that's the equivalent of a whole tablespoon of sugar.
And one more thing: Bring money, since it's considered healthier
and an herb, it also costs more than sugar.
